This is a letter returned from Apple for registering a newly purchased Apple II. It does not have a date on it. It promised a free issue of Apple Orchard. I am not sure how long this promotion was in force, but I believe it was still going on in late 1982, as Apple II Plus sales were wrapping up, since I am fairly certain that my own family got this free issue.
